چکیده
In the present investigation, selective recovery of nickel from a leach solution delaminated metal clads obsolete mobile phone PCBs using industrial reagent ACORGA M5640 has been studied. As first step, copper is selectively separated mixed liquor by solvent extraction at pH 2, to leave nickel-rich raffinate solution. A second stage process conducted 8 then permits nickel. Small quantities zinc and cadmium are also co-extracted. this study, conditions for most suitable stripping have explored. Results indicate that quantitative (99.7%) can be achieved 1:5 organic (10 vol% extractant in kerosene) aqueous (pH 8) phase ratio 60 min. The readily stripped extractant, with more than 95% recovered, along low levels (1.7 mg/L) (0.6 mg/L), following 0.5 M hydrochloric acid or 1 nitric strip step. Cyclic usage layer revealed its effectiveness remained equivalent cycle. Finally, separation trace elements such as lead, tin 2 studied cementation powder. study reveals removal these generation pure obtained adding 300% excess powder (74 μm) 50 °C 500 rpm stirring speed 1, copper-free other minor ensures proposed sustainable avoids complexity sequential processes.

Leaching of Gold from the Waste Mobile Phone Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Ammonium Thiosulphate
The rapid growth in the use of electronic equipments, combined with early obsolescence has contributed enormously to the generation of large quantity of electronic (e) waste. One such e-waste, the mobile phone printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain various precious metals which can be extracted by different hydrometallurgical routes. The present work deals with the recovery of gold using ammoniu...

This study examines two issues which have challenged prior experimental or survey research: (1) whether the time-varying effects of service recovery on customer satisfaction may follow a long decay or short decay and (2) why and what service recovery efforts have a higher and quicker buildup, with respect to the significance and timing of recovering customer satisfaction losses due to service f...
